My Scrufts Skelly Dog Collar for Puppies or Small Dogs is a bit of spooky fun and will be a great introduction to my Scrufts Dog Collars and Leads.  Lined with lux black velvet for extra comfort this is a lovely soft (but strong) first dog collar for your new family member.

Scrufts Skelly Dog Collar is available in two sizes : 19mm x 20-30cm or 19mm x 30-40cm.

This  Dog Collar is made with Swiss velvet, polypropylene webbing, steel adjuster and D ring and a hi spec black nylon clasp.
