Scrufts Sydney Velvet Bow Tie Dog Collar

My Scrufts’ Sydney Velvet Bow Tie Dog Collar will make a very, very dapper addition to your whiskery chum’s wardrobe. Featuring my trademark velvet dog collar in a dark nut brown, the main event is the elegant double checked linen hand finished bow tie. As with all of my Scrufts’ dog collars, a cherry wood heart shaped tag is the final ta-dah!

However, please note that this dog collar no longer comes with a metal clasp. I had my doubts about them, but they have unfortunately proved totally unsatisfactory in several ways, so it’s back to my old faithful, 100% black nylon versions. Not as pretty I know, but way more trustworthy, just like a faithful hound!

Your new Scrufts’ bow tie dog collar is made using strong polypropylene Webbing, Swiss Velvet, metal adjuster and dee ring and a hi-spec black nylon curved side release clasp.

A note about sizes: The width of the collars is 1 inch or 2.5cm, and the clasp width on the collar is 1 1/4 inches or 3.2 cm, so it’s a good idea to check against your current lead and collar set to make sure it is not too large for your dog. Although my small size is just great for Terriers upwards, it really isn’t suitable for toy breeds such as Yorkies etc due to the clasp. So please bear this in mind when choosing your new collar.
