Our products are hand made and made to order in the United Kingdom. Even so, we try to ship orders within 7-10 working days, so please allow up to 12 days for delivery in the UK, a little longer overseas. Please note that delivery outside the UK is made by airmail so should still arrive fairly quickly.

Delivery within the UK is charged at the prevailing standard charge levied by Royal Mail.

Delivery outside the UK is the prevailing standard amount charged by Royal Mail, which varies depending on where in the world you are resident. Remember, you may be liable for import duty or local taxes in your own country.

If you return your order in unused condition and within 10 days from the day you receive it, we will make a full refund less any packaging and shipping costs. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of your order.

All orders are gift wrapped and make fantastic presents. If you want us to add a handwritten message (“Happy Birthday Mum, love Cath” or “DO NOT OPEN UNTIL CHRISTMAS”) and have the order delivered direct to someone else just say so in the comments box during checkout. This is a free service!
